Layer Tennis* is an awesome idea to kick procrastination and laziness in the balls. So that’s what pavi and i did today (because we’ve been trying for ages to make some tee designs for JointFamily). We played a game of our version of Layer Tennis, ie.:

Rule 1: Pick the 15th song from iTunes in Random**.

Rule 2: Use the title, artist and first four lines as a start point.

Rule 3: 15 mins, 400px X 600px canvas on Illustrator

Rule 4: Toss to begin. (Pavi won and began)

Rule 5: The following person picks the next song in Random BUT! uses one or more elements from the previous design to make her own design.

*2 ppl from anywhere on the planet compete against each other. Fixed space, any medium, 15 mins, any theme. using one or more elements from each other’s design when they make their own. Kickass concept.

**The Original Layer Tennis does not involve songs.
